Job summary

Special Olympics Kansas, Inc. seeks a Health Strategy and Systems Manager to build partnerships, systems, and workforce infrastructure expanding Inclusive Health initiatives across Kansas.

You’ll recruit Health Hubs, strengthen referral networks, and lead data and evaluation to measure impact. Reporting to the Director of Inclusive Health, you will develop scalable models with rural communities, collaborate with Hubs, health systems, and universities, and drive sustainable partnerships for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in public health, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Five+ years of progressively responsible experience in public health, healthcare systems, program strategy, or nonprofit management.
• Experience leading multi-stakeholder initiatives and managing partnerships with measurable deliverables.
• Experience with grants, performance measures, and reporting.
• Familiarity with rural Kansas healthcare and community partners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop health strategy and scalable systems to improve healthcare access and coordination.
• Recruit Health Hubs and develop strategic partnerships with providers and health systems.
• Manage Hub accounts and monitor partner performance with regular reviews.
• Lead community engagement and outreach to rural and underserved communities.
• Develop healthcare workforce and volunteer pipelines statewide.
• Lead data, evaluation, and grant systems with dashboards and reporting.
