Carda is a digital health company focused on cardiac rehabilitation and chronic condition programs, partnering with health plans to improve outcomes. You will own and manage health plan partners, conducting regular reviews and building ROI narratives tailored to each partner type.

You will drive expansion revenue and lead renewal strategy with finance, turning data into executive-ready value stories for enterprise accounts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer success or account management with 2+ years overseeing enterprise accounts.
• Direct experience managing health plan relationships (Medicare Advantage).
• Ability to pull and analyze data and turn it into executive-level narratives.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage health plan partners through monthly performance reviews, quarterly business reviews, and annual value summaries.
• Turn data into a value story by querying databases and building ROI narratives tailored to each partner type.
• Drive expansion revenue and lead renewal strategy with finance.
