Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant industry experience
• Persuasive presentation skills demonstrating value and moving client to purchase
• Deep understanding of business financials, products, and services
• Health & Life Insurance license (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Builds strategic partnerships with producers and customers to achieve profitable growth and cross-sell objectives
• Oversees cross-sell opportunities and prepares client presentations
• Collaborates with underwriting to prepare competitive quotes
• Creates and delivers polished presentations linking solutions to client needs
• Manages post-sale activities and client onboarding to ensure satisfaction
