Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including employee relations and business partnering leadership.
• Experience leading HRBP or people partnering functions in a geographically dispersed organization.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and workplace practices across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business priorities and objectives.
• Lead employee relations activities including investigations and performance management.
• Advise leaders on complex people matters, risk mitigation, and organizational change.
