Job summary

Integrated Real Estate Group (IREG) seeks an experienced Assistant Director of Human Resources to partner with the Director of HR and guide day-to-day HR operations across our multifamily and senior living portfolio. You’ll drive consistency, employee relations, leadership coaching, and process improvements while aligning HR initiatives with the company’s growth strategy across multiple states.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Strong employee relations and HR operations experience.
• Experience supporting multi-site or multi-state organizations.
• Background in senior living, healthcare, multifamily, hospitality, construction, manufacturing, or similar operational industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• PHR or SHRM certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Director of Human Resources to support company-wide HR operations and strategic initiatives.
• Provide guidance to managers and employees on employee relations, performance management, workplace concerns, and HR best practices.
• Support investigations, corrective actions, conflict resolution, and sensitive employee matters with professionalism and discretion.
• Help drive HR process improvements, standardization, and operational consistency across communities and departments.
• Assist with policy development, handbook updates, and HR compliance initiatives.
• Support leadership coaching and manager development efforts across the organization.
• Participate in organizational development and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and HR regulations.
• Assist in building scalable HR infrastructure to support continued company growth.
• Serve as a collaborative business partner to operational leadership teams.
