Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding seeks a Head of Business Development, NORAM (US & Canada), to lead the Americas BD function from Edison, NJ or Atlanta, GA. You will direct RFPs, pricing, and sales pipeline while aligning marketing and implementation with global teams.

Role requires senior leadership, strong communication and a track record in 3PL origin/destination services, with heavy travel and stakeholder coordination across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent in a relevant business/technical subject.
• Master’s degree or equivalent is a plus.
• Minimum 5–7 years BD experience with 3PL origins and destination services.

Responsibilities

• Direct the regional Business Development function for NORAM (US & Canada).
• Lead end-to-end RFP process and sales pipeline management.
• Oversee strategic pricing in coordination with global stakeholders.
• Promote service excellence and profitability across geographies.
• Engage with customers, implement new functionality, and ensure successful delivery.
