Job summary
DHL Global Forwarding is seeking a Strategic Talent Sourcing Partner to build proactive external talent pipelines and market intelligence for Sales and Marketing leadership across North America. The role focuses on mapping competitors, identifying passive talent, and developing ready-now and ready-later pipelines to support critical commercial roles.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–5+ years in strategic sourcing or talent acquisition.
- Experience identifying passive Sales/Marketing talent.
- Experience in freight forwarding or logistics preferred.
Responsibilities
- Map commercial talent across competitors and target organizations.
- Build external pipelines for priority commercial roles.
- Conduct market intelligence and talent mapping to support hiring decisions.
- Develop relationships with prospective candidates before vacancies exist.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and HR leadership to anticipate hiring needs.
- Ensure alignment between proactive sourcing and formal recruitment.
