Job summary

Genentech, based in South San Francisco, is seeking a Business Product Manager, HCP CRM, to drive strategy and adoption of our Healthcare Professional CRM platform and integrated digital tools. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, operations, science, marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in product management or digital product operations.
• Demonstrated ownership of product features from strategy to implementation.
• Ability to create roadmaps, lead UAT, and roll out features across groups.
• Strong presentation skills and cross-functional alignment experience.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute digital-forward HCP CRM product roadmaps with timelines and dependencies.
• Translate business outcomes into actionable technical requirements with engineering partners.
• Champion the CRM product vision and communicate value to stakeholders and leaders.
• Serve as the main business contact for feedback, enhancements, and UX improvements.
• Lead business process design and UAT to ensure quality on rollout of capabilities.
• Facilitate change management and user adoption across field sales, medical, and marketing teams.
• Drive experimentation and trend tracking (AI, omnichannel) within compliance and data integrity.
