Job summary

ADP is seeking a Lead Project / Program Manager to drive large-scale client HCM implementations from planning through deployment. You will lead cross-functional teams, build strong partnerships, and manage milestones, budgets, and resources to achieve client goals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience or continuous improvement experience.
• Experience leading medium to large cross-functional and/or multi-year projects from concept to delivery.
• Strong knowledge of project management processes, tools, and structured methodologies.
• Ability to coach, train, and mentor other team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead a project team to implement client HCM projects by planning, organizing, controlling, and deploying milestones, deliverables, and resources.
• Develop partnerships and working relationships at all levels of the organization, internally and externally.
• Manage initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of the project lifecycle.
• Provide analysis and status reports, including business case and ROI, and manage risks and issues.
• Identify cross-functional resources and build diverse collaborative teams to drive milestones.
