Job summary

ADP in the United States is seeking a Senior Implementation Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, and delivery of complex initiatives on time, in scope, and within budget. You will drive cross-functional collaboration and ensure project success through strong leadership and disciplined execution.

You will direct project teams, manage stakeholder communications, and tailor processes to the needs of each initiative.

Qualifications

3+ years of project management experience.
ADP Workforce Now (WFN) product knowledge/experience required.
Up to 20% travel activity required.
College degree is not required; relevant experience is valued.

Responsibilities

Manage all project phases from initiation to closure.
Create detailed project plans with deliverables, activities, timelines, and budgets.
Direct day-to-day activities of projects and staff in a matrixed organization.
Ensure milestones are met by overseeing project vehicles and allocating resources.
Collaborate with other departments impacting the project.
Lead communications with stakeholders and team members through project completion.
Provide scheduled and on-demand status reports and updates.
Direct project timing and budgets.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues.
Tailor processes to project needs and make timely decisions.
Handle high-complexity projects.
