Job summary

Google is seeking a Strategy and Operations Principal for Data Cloud to lead GTM operations across Sunnyvale, CA and select US locations. You will shape GTM strategies, align Data Cloud with product and regional sales leads, and drive programs that accelerate business growth while partnering with senior leadership.

The role emphasizes cross-functional execution, data-driven insights, and collaboration with product, sales, and partner teams to optimize go-to-market outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 11 years of professional experience in go-to-market (GTM) strategy, strategy and operations, program management, or business operations.
• 4 years of experience with "zero-to-one" program launch, specifically establishing and designing initiatives from scratch with shifting priorities.
• 4 years of experience in cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple cross-functional programs or projects.

Responsibilities

• Influence executive‑level decision‑making around core business decisions, such as prioritization of growth opportunities, through scalable and actionable analytical insights to increase productivity.
• Support execution of strategic customer management programs and customer Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Design and lead programs around new customer acquisition, business attainment and market development objectives.
• Gather customer and field feedback and work with the Data Cloud product teams to continually optimize GTM strategy and acceptance, aligned to changing market and customer needs.
• Organize the design and implementation of the business cadence to deliver effective operations including reporting success of Data Cloud GTM by running regional MBR/QBRs with the GM and field leaders and GTM-Product Interlock sessions.
