Job summary

Google Cloud is seeking a GTM Programs Lead for the Data Practice to architect and drive commercial frameworks and incentive programs that accelerate migrations of databases and data analytics workloads. You will operate at the intersection of sales strategy, product engineering, finance, and operations to scale programs globally.

This role focuses on defending data workloads in a dynamic market, partnering across Product, Finance, Legal, and Sales, and enabling customers to adopt modern cloud

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of GTM strategy, commercial program management, business development, or related experience in enterprise software/cloud tech.
• Experience with executive-level clients or stakeholders.
• Experience designing or managing cloud commercial frameworks or migration funding programs.
• Experience supporting cloud data portfolios.
• Experience designing and executing GTM programs from concept to global launch.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end commercial strategy and execution for the Data Practice’s global program portfolio.
• Build incentive models and analyze landscapes to craft counter-strategies for migrations.
• Collaborate with sales operations, finance, product, and regional GTM leads to align programs.
• Translate field friction into system backlog requirements with Product and Engineering teams.
• Establish program-level performance frameworks tracking pipeline, ROI, and GTM health.
