Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Consultant in Strategy, Growth, and Transformation within the Finance Transformation practice in the Record to Report domain. You will help finance organizations modernize core processes, improve transparency, and drive better business decisions by applying pragmatic, tech-enabled solutions.

You will assess current processes, develop roadmaps, ensure regulatory compliance, and design improvements across data, close, consolidation, and reporting while guiding teams

Qualifications

• 4+ years in accounting, finance transformation, FP&A, or cost accounting.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, Risk Management, or Economics.
• Credential progression (CPA/CIA/CFA/CA/CCA/CMA/CAIA/FRM) or in progress.
• Experience with automation tools including Alteryx workflows or Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Ability to travel ~50% depending on client engagements.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Assess current-state controllership processes and identify gaps.
• Develop transformation roadmaps across people, process, tech, and governance.
• Apply accounting, regulatory, and compliance requirements to initiatives.
• Design improvements in finance data, cost transparency, close/consolidation, and reporting.
• Manage day-to-day client delivery and assist with proposals and recruiting.
