Job summary

Deloitte Tax LLP is seeking a Tax Strategy and Transformation Senior Consultant to support transformation initiatives across Operations and Finance. You will collaborate with Tax subject matter experts, technologists, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end client service improvements in a hybrid work model.

The role requires knowledge of professional services and the lifecycle of engagements, with responsibilities spanning planning, analysis, design, testing, and change management to increase

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science or other relevant discipline.
• 3+ years of project delivery and client service experience in one or more tax compliance areas.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
• Ability to travel up to 10% on average depending on clients served.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning (workplans, milestones) and deliver scope on time.
• Partner with Tax practitioners to identify service delivery pain points and drive improvements.
• Perform process analysis/modeling using agile and design thinking; translate needs into functional requirements.
• Collaborate across the technology delivery lifecycle with product/IT and stakeholders.
• Execute and facilitate testing (system/UAT) and support business readiness assessments.
• Develop learning materials; support deployment planning, pilots, and go-live execution.
