Trilogy Health Services, LLC in Louisville, KY is seeking a VP of Growth to lead sales and growth functions, driving census, revenue, and market share across Health Center and Senior Housing services. You will develop and execute enterprise sales strategies and align with operations to remove barriers.

You will partner with senior leadership to forecast, budget, and set performance standards, monitor pipeline, and guide regional teams. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor Degree required.
• 12-15 years of experience in growth, sales or related fields.
• MBA preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Leads development and execution of enterprise sales strategies that drive census, revenue, occupancy, and market share growth across Health Center and Senior Housing service lines.
• Directs sales leadership across regions and service lines, establishing priorities, performance expectations, and accountability for achieving growth objectives.
• Advises senior leadership on sales performance, market dynamics, growth opportunities, organizational barriers, and emerging needs.
• Provides input into budgeting, forecasting, and planning by leveraging sales performance, market opportunities, and growth priorities.
• Establishes sales performance standards, metrics, and reporting for visibility into pipeline activity and overall sales effectiveness.
