Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years with financial services industry or related field for Bachelor's degree, or 5 years with Associates.
• Experience coordinating branch workflows and client/prospect requests.
• Ability to coordinate with home office and deliver client experience.

Responsibilities

• Supports execution of a strategic plan to monitor and control expenses and drive revenue growth.
• Maintains client/prospect experience by coordinating administrative procedures and requests.
• Coordinates branch-home office workflow to ensure smooth operations.
• Resolves moderately complex client account inquiries and problems.
• Plans and coordinates special projects and client events with ROI implications.
• Keeps up-to-date with practice management tools, reporting, and compliance.
• Assists with ongoing education for team members.
• Maintains strong relationships with internal and external partners.
• Advises prospective advisors on Raymond James platform and onboarding processes.
• Manages a prospect database to support branch recruitment decisions.
• Assists with payout analyses based on prospect production and business mix.
• Oversees transitions for transfers and onboarding with other functions.
• Partners with home office to leverage product sales and recruit advisors.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
