- Supports execution of a strategic growth plan for the branch/complex.
- Coordinates branch-home office workflow and client requests.
- Plans and coordinates events for clients or prospects to drive ROI.
- Maintains relationships with key business partners and internal teams.
- Provides education and consultation regarding the Raymond James platform for prospective advisors.
- Maintains a prospect database and assists with onboarding and transition processes.
