Job summary

Raymond James & Associates, Inc. seeks a Branch Operations Leader to oversee day-to-day activities at a retail branch. You may service clients in your own book of business, drive growth, and ensure adherence to policy and regulatory requirements.

The role requires knowledge of financial markets, strong leadership and presentation skills, and experience in supervising staff and brokers. A firm-wide benefits program is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university and minimum of three years experience in a financial services firm.
• Series 7 and 9 & 10 (or 8) required; Series 63 & 65 or 66 as required by state; SIE required.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, compliance, and client service.

Responsibilities

• Attracts, selects, orients, trains, and retains Financial Advisors and support staff.
• Evaluate branch structure and plans to promote efficiency and profitability.
• Oversee compliance with firm and regulatory policies and supervise daily trading and office activities.
• Develop and monitor office revenue and expense budgets; manage client accounts and service delivery.
