Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Learning & Development or related field.
• Experience designing and delivering learning programs at scale for leaders and enterprise priorities.
• Ability to integrate learning into performance, succession, and inclusion systems.
• Expertise in adult learning, instructional design, and facilitation across modalities.
• Experience incorporating AI and digital literacy into learning strategies.
• Strong consulting and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Global, matrixed, or fast-paced work environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver blended learning solutions across digital, live, and cohort formats.
• Facilitate leadership workshops and enterprise learning experiences for global audiences.
• Collaborate with SMEs and external vendors to develop high-quality content.
• Translate transformation priorities into scalable learning programs and journeys.
• Measure impact and drive continuous improvement aligned with talent goals.
