The role emphasizes owning growth initiatives, building scalable models, and guiding cross-functional teams through ambiguity to deliver measurable impact. NYC-based role with in-office collaboration preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of work experience in corporate strategy, consulting, investment banking, or analytical operations.
• 1+ year of people management or equivalent leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (Economics, Business, STEM).
• Advanced degree (MBA or Master's) in Economics, Business, Finance, or related quantitative field.

Responsibilities

• Dive into performance data across the global portfolio to identify trends and drivers for growth.
• Lead collaborative working models across Product, Ops, Engineering, and Legal to ship results.
• Translate data into narratives that inform senior leadership decisions.
• Evaluate future growth bets through quantitative and qualitative analysis across verticals.
• Identify strategic priorities to simplify the operating model and drive global impact.
• Support local teams in addressing operational gaps with a bias for action.
