INTEGRIS Health Enid Facility in Enid, OK seeks a Regional Director of Physician Operations to provide strategic leadership across IHMG and related clinics. You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive financial performance, practice growth, and patient experience across regions and service lines.

The role manages Managers of Clinic Operations, partners with physicians and admin leadership, develops budgets, monitors revenue cycle metrics, and leads initiatives such as new service lines,

Qualificações

• Master's in Healthcare Administration or related field.
• Bachelor’s with six years progressive healthcare management experience.
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Excellent English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple divisions and clinic sites.
• Translate strategy into operational plans aligned with IHMG goals.
• Partner with physicians to meet operational, quality, and patient experience targets.
• Lead start-ups, acquisitions, and integration of new service lines.
• Develop divisional budgets and monitor financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and patient safety standards.
• Mentor clinic operations managers and staff; drive continuous improvement.
• Report on operational and financial performance to leadership.
