Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive solutions that encompass people, processes, and technology.
• Oversee change management initiatives to ensure financial and operational success of integrated solutions.
• Conduct performance analytics to drive data-driven decision making for strategic initiatives.
• Manage portfolio of projects and programs across the enterprise with multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the Strategic Enterprise Solutions team.
