Job summary

In this role you will drive profitable growth through strategic marketing and strong relationship management with customers, agents, and brokers, collaborating with underwriting and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities.

You will analyze market data, develop marketing content across channels, and support sales initiatives while representing the company at industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in Property Casualty or Commercial Lines.
• Established broker and retailer relationships preferred.
• Demonstrated history of generating significant new business growth.
• Experience using CRM platforms and sales analytics tools; AI-driven technologies a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and business intelligence tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with underwriting teams to gather information and support pricing strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, agents, brokers, and prospects.
• Analyze portfolios, market opportunities, and production results for growth and profitability.
• Promote additional products and programs to increase retention and premium growth.
• Support onboarding, transfer, and ongoing management of agency, broker, and customer relationships.
