Job summary

ALLIANT CYBERSECURITY seeks a highly organized Chief of Staff to act as the CEO’s strategic partner and execution engine. You will coordinate the executive team, drive critical initiatives, and translate strategy into action while maintaining governance and disciplined decision-making.

You will interface with the board, investors, and clients, shaping plans, monitoring performance, and advancing growth in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Must reside or relocate to Houston, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or Chief of Staff/senior operational role.
• Experience partnering directly with a CEO, founder, or senior executive in growth environments.
• Strong command of strategy, finance, operations, and organizational design.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic thought partner to the CEO and confidant for complex decisions.
• Drive execution of enterprise-wide initiatives aligned with long-term growth.
• Monitor priorities, deliverables, and timelines across the executive team; ensure accountability.
• Coordinate executive meetings, offsites, strategic planning, and decisions documentation.
