Job summary

EisnerAmper is hiring a Business Development Associate for Outsourced Services to drive growth by engaging with leaders across sales, marketing, finance, IT, and operations. You will collaborate with Sales & Marketing to identify leads, qualify them, and schedule meetings to support revenue generation across diverse outsourced services.

You will manage multi-channel outreach, build relationships with C-suite prospects, and maintain CRM records while aiming to exceed sales quotas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 2+ years of sales experience.
• Prior client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers through networking, outreach (phone, email, social media) and prospecting initiatives.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of EisnerAmper's Outsourced Services offerings.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Enablement to create campaigns and sales tools.
• Spearhead cross-selling efforts by identifying client relationships where Outsourced services add value.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and CRM records.
