Join a global leader in talent solutions, dedicated to connecting top marketing, creative, and tech talent with the world’s most innovative brands. As a trusted partner, this organization is redefining how companies build and manage their workforce, empowering them to achieve strategic goals through exceptional talent and forward-thinking solutions.

Are you ready to revolutionize how major brands operate, moving beyond traditional staffing to become a true strategic partner? We are seeking a visionary leader to cultivate deep relationships with some of the world’s biggest names, guiding them through their most complex workforce, creative, and technology challenges. This is an unparalleled opportunity to drive significant impact, shaping the future of work for enterprise clients by architecting innovative, tech-enabled solutions and fostering long-term growth.

What You’ll Do
  • Act as an indispensable strategic partner, influencing how enterprise brands build and optimize their teams, moving beyond a vendor mindset.
  • Drive strategic growth by owning and scaling top-tier accounts, focusing on high-impact growth, revenue generation, and exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Innovate with technology, leveraging modern tools, data analytics, and AI to streamline processes, enhance client solutions, and stay ahead of market trends.
  • Build lasting relationships by forging strong, long‑term connections with senior leaders across Marketing, Creative, HR, and Procurement, understanding their evolving needs.
  • Proactively solve problems by anticipating client challenges and bottlenecks, developing preventative solutions through constant monitoring of account health, team structures, and market shifts.
  • Architect custom solutions by digging deep into operational data and asking critical questions to design tailored, tech-enabled workforce and creative strategies, moving beyond ‘cookie‑cutter’ approaches.
  • Remove obstacles and drive momentum by actively identifying and resolving internal and external friction points, utilizing AI and automation to streamline workflows, and collaborating with cross‑functional partners (Legal, Operations, Recruiting) to clear paths forward.
  • Champion future growth by treating every client account as an evolving ecosystem, proactively introducing new ideas, market trends, and AI‑driven capabilities to senior leaders to foster continuous innovation.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams (Recruiting, Product, Operations) to deliver integrated and exceptional results for clients.
What You’ll Bring
Must‑Have Qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience in consultative sales, business development, or account management.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex enterprise corporate structures, Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and procurement processes effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of using data and financial metrics to inform decisions, tell compelling stories, and solve intricate problems.
  • A collaborative mindset, with a track record of successfully bringing together cross‑functional teams (e.g., Recruiting, Product, Operations) to achieve outstanding client outcomes.
Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications
  • Experience in staffing, digital/creative services, or professional services.
Why You’ll Thrive Here
  • Autonomy and Ownership: Enjoy the freedom to manage your enterprise accounts as if they were your own business, driving strategy and execution.
  • Cutting‑Edge Toolkit: Access and leverage the latest AI, market insights, and modern technology to elevate your approach to client engagement and solution delivery.
  • Meaningful Impact: Your success will be measured by tangible results, including Gross Profit growth, long‑term client retention, pipeline health, and real Net Promoter Score (NPS) impact.
