Padagis is seeking a cross-functional Project Coordinator to centralize timelines, track initiatives, and identify gaps. You will partner with commercial, operations, finance, IT, and logistics to drive growth initiatives and streamline processes.

The role emphasizes strong project management, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining clear, concise communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, supply chain or related field - or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience in project management, sales administrative or operations support, preferably in a pharmaceutical or regulated environment
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities, with a track record of driving execution and follow-through
• Experience building and maintaining project trackers, dashboards and status reporting for leadership visibility
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience and confidence in facilitating discussions across all levels of the organization, including international teams
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and stepping into initiatives without a defined owner
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Basic working knowledge of PowerBI (or comparable BI/reporting tool) or willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Naloxone Commercial Operations and process support across teams.
• Support cross-functional Naloxone projects, including returns, warehouse, shipments, and invoicing.
• Develop dashboards and reports, track KPIs such as on-time delivery.
• Assist with portal/system updates and basic testing for integrations.
• Learn and apply PowerBI to update operations reports.
• Maintain centralized tracker of initiatives and ensure timely status updates.
