Job summary

Havenly Brands in Denver, CO is seeking a strategic operator to own a growth priority across our portfolio. You will analyze opportunities, combine big-picture thinking with hands-on execution, and present clear recommendations to senior leadership.

You will drive growth through partnerships and new initiatives, carrying initiatives from recommendation to results, and bringing structure to ambiguous, high-stakes questions.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategy, development, finance, investment, or consulting roles; demonstrated ability matters more than title.
• Strong financial and analytical judgment; comfort with imperfect information.
• Ability to communicate crisply with senior leaders and move from analysis to action.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined strategic priority and the metrics to track delivery.
• Analyze financials, market context, and operations across brands to understand performance.
• Prepare clear recommendations for leadership and stakeholders.
• Work across brands and functions to advance decisions and execution.
