Havenly, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Operations and Growth Generalist to own the marketing strategy for a portfolio of brands, including Havenly and networked lines.

You will drive growth across brand, lifecycle, creative, retail, and trade marketing while coordinating with Growth, Lifecycle, Brand, Creative, and Commercial teams. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in growth, marketing operations, or a generalist role, with hands-on experience in performance data, budgets, and reporting tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in growth, marketing operations, commercial strategy, consulting, or a startup generalist role, including working with marketing performance data, budgets, and reporting tools.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end marketing strategy for 1–4 brands in the portfolio, with channel ownership and partnerships.
• Define a marketing priority for brands and measure improvement with clear metrics.
• Analyze channel performance, spend, funnel data and campaign workflows.
• Manage marketing budget and ROI tracking with Finance and Analytics.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to marketing leadership and ensure follow-through.
