Job summary

Havenly, Inc. is hiring a HubSpot Operations Manager to own the health and strategy of our HubSpot ecosystem across multiple brands.

This on-site role in Denver will work with sales, retail, and marketing to turn every entry point into a sale through well-designed routing, sequences, and customer communications. You will own data quality, governance, and first-line HubSpot support, building integrations and reliability with Dialpad, Magento, and our data warehouse.

Qualifications

• 3+ years administering HubSpot, including Sales Hub workflows, sequences, properties, pipelines, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Audit workflows, sequences, triggers, and integrations to identify root causes and fix them.
• Manage HubSpot for multiple brands and keep data clean across portals.
• Define lead routing and lifecycle logic for online, in-store, and phone customers.
• Build and optimize sequences and automated communications across the customer journey.
• Monitor performance and build dashboards for enrollment, reply, and conversion rates.
