Job summary

Compass is seeking an Account Executive in Saint Petersburg, FL to drive net-new revenue across Compass-branded brokerages. You will partner with top-producing real estate agents and influence them to grow their business with us, in a quota-carrying, high-impact role.

You will own a consultative sales process, build a strong pipeline, and collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams. Base pay ranges from $100k-$110k with a $30k-$60k bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
5+ years of relevant experience in quota-carrying roles.
Proven success in a quota-driven environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Self-starter with strong judgment and organization.
Track record of high performance in sales.
