Qualifications

5–8 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development.
Direct involvement in multiple M&A transactions from analysis through closing.
Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills including DCF and comps.
Strong written and verbal communication across geographies and functions.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain a focused pipeline of acquisitions, investments, and partnerships.
Develop financial models, valuation analyses, and returns cases.
Lead target assessment including market attractiveness and product fit.
Prepare decision materials for executive teams with clear recommendations.
Coordinate due diligence and negotiate term sheets and agreements.
Drive integration and value-delivery planning post-close.
