Job summary

Appodeal is seeking a hands-on corporate development professional to identify, evaluate and execute acquisitions, investments and strategic partnerships across mobile apps and advertising tech. You'll build the investment case, coordinate diligence and deliver clear recommendations to the CFO and Board.

This role combines financial modeling with strategic judgment; you will lead cross-functional due diligence, translate thesis into value delivery plans, and drive transactions from mapping

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, growth equity, or corporate development.
• Direct involvement in at least two completed M&A transactions; ownership of major workstreams.
• Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills including DCF and comps.
• Strong commercial judgment and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a focused pipeline of acquisition, investment and partnership opportunities.
• Develop financial models, valuation analyses, returns cases and downside scenarios.
• Lead early-stage target assessment including market attractiveness and product fit.
• Coordinate cross-functional due diligence across finance, tax, legal, product, technology, data, privacy, commercial and people workstreams.
• Prepare decision materials for the executive team and Board with clear recommendations.
• Support transaction structuring and negotiation of key terms.
