Job summary

Appodeal is seeking a hands-on corporate development professional to identify, evaluate and execute acquisitions, investments and strategic partnerships across mobile apps and advertising technology. You will work directly with the CFO and senior leaders from market mapping to signing and value delivery.

This role combines rigorous transaction execution with commercial judgment, leveraging AI tools for market and diligence work, while maintaining skepticism about outputs.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant experience, including at least two years in investment banking, private equity, growth equity, or corporate development.
• Experience on at least two completed M&A transactions from analysis through closing.
• Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills (DCF, comps, precedent transactions).
• Strong commercial judgment across product, technology and go-to-market questions.
• Demonstrated AI experience in modelling, research or diligence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across functions and levels.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a focused pipeline of acquisition, investment and partnership opportunities.
• Develop financial models, valuation analyses, returns cases and downside scenarios.
• Lead target assessment including market attractiveness, product fit, competitive position and management quality.
• Prepare concise decision materials for executive team and Board with clear recommendations and risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional due diligence across finance, tax, legal, product, technology, data and personnel.
• Support transaction structuring and negotiation of terms with advisers.
• Own transaction process management from data-room readiness to signing and closing deliverables.
• Translate deal thesis into a measurable integration and value-delivery plan with milestones and outcomes.
• Produce market and competitor analyses to support strategy and capital allocation.
