Job summary

Appodeal is seeking a hands-on corporate development professional to identify, evaluate and execute acquisitions, investments and strategic partnerships across mobile apps and advertising technology.

The role blends rigorous transaction execution with commercial judgment, building the investment case, challenging assumptions, coordinating diligence and delivering a clear recommendation for the executive team and Board.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or growth equity.
• Direct involvement in at least two completed M&A transactions.
• Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills (DCF, comps, precedent transactions).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a focused pipeline of acquisition, investment and partnership opportunities.
• Develop financial models, valuation analyses and returns cases.
• Lead target assessment including market attractiveness and product fit.
• Prepare decision materials for executive team and Board with clear recommendations.
• Coordinate due diligence across multiple functions and manage deadlines.
• Support transaction structuring and negotiation of key terms.
• Own deal process management from data room to signing and post-close tracking.
• Translate deal theses into integration and value-delivery plans.
• Produce market and competitor analyses to inform capital allocation.
• Develop repeatable corporate development tools and governance.
