Nucor Corporation, North America’s largest steel and steel products manufacturer, seeks a Manager of Business Development to drive M&A and strategic growth. You will identify targets, evaluate markets, and support negotiations with senior leadership and the Board.

The role requires strong financial analysis, modeling, due diligence, and cross-functional collaboration with executives, legal, tax, treasury, and operations. Travel is required, and safety is prioritized across all activities.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of finance or accounting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, engineering or related field.
• Advanced Excel modeling and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience using business research platforms (CapIQ, AlphaSense).

Responsabilidades

• Research target companies, industries and markets for potential acquisitions.
• Build financial models, valuations and investment returns analyses.
• Coordinate due diligence and evaluate transaction structures and terms.
• Prepare recommendations and leadership presentations.
