Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 4–7 years in corporate development or related fields.
• Healthcare strategy or physician practice experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary initiatives and complex transactions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate acquisition opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Lead diligence, valuation, and deal structuring with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare investment memoranda and senior leadership presentations.
• Develop and nurture physician partner relationships and market expansion plans.
• Coordinate with finance, legal, and operations to drive transaction execution.
