Job summary

Life360 is seeking a Manager of Strategy & Corporate Development to own the growth agenda, including international expansion, adjacent opportunities, and acquisitions. You will frame questions, build financial models, and present recommendations to the VP of Corporate Development and the executive team.

You’ll design AI agents to accelerate target identification and analysis, manage live deals, and partner with finance, legal, and product.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in investment banking or consulting at high-growth tech.
• Experience with B2C subscription businesses is a plus.
• Hands-on M&A modeling and due diligence experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead two strategic analyses that earn executive support.
• Identify and champion one international and one adjacent acquisition candidate.
• Build AI agents to speed target analysis and workflows.
• Own analytical workstreams on acquisitions and investments with cross-functional partners.
