Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co in Chicago seeks a Business Development Support Consultant within Wealth Management to execute strategic initiatives, roll out new products, and drive adoption across the organization. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years in business development, project management, sales management or implementation roles in financial services.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute implementation of new business development strategies, products, and services for Financial Advisors and Field Leaders.
• Manage timelines and deliverables for field execution.
• Coordinate and lead training and support for sales and support teams to ensure adoption of new technology and processes.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and resolve issues during implementation.
• Collect and analyze feedback from field teams and clients for continuous improvement.
• Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate implementation.
