Job summary

BSH Home Appliances Corporation in Irvine, CA, is seeking a senior strategist to support regional strategy development and implementation. You will co-own regional strategy with the RNA team, coordinating with Munich and other regional groups, and drive strategic projects in a cross-functional setup.

You will prepare analyses for the RNA board, present findings to senior leadership, and help develop functional strategies aligned with regional and global goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or similar field.
• 7-10 Years of Experience (strategy development) – Required
• 5-7 Years of Experience (project management) – Required
• 5-7 Years of Experience (consulting) – Preferred
• Deep understanding of strategic frameworks
• Comfortable in ambiguous situations
• Ability to spar, challenge, and advise senior leadership
• Comfortable presenting to senior leadership

Responsibilities

• Support strategy development and implementation for RNA region as an independent contributor.
• Regional strategy development and implementation; co-owner of regional strategy process.
• Coordinate regional and corporate strategy with stakeholders in Munich and other regional teams.
• Conduct workshops to assist strategy formation and implementation.
• Manage strategic projects and programs across cross-functional teams.
• Provide analysis and presentations for RNA board and senior leadership.
• Develop functional strategies aligned with regional and global strategy.
• Develop competence center topics like design thinking, agile organization, market research; conduct trainings.
