Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or equivalent.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• Deep knowledge and strong network within defense shipbuilding and related naval services.
• Experience delivering executive presentations to customers.
• Proven ability to build C-level relationships and drive commercial growth.
• Experience managing complex, multi-faceted projects and strategic risks.
• Exceptional written and verbal English skills; leading cross-functional, global teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop a robust pipeline and advise executive stakeholders in the Naval industry.
• Map operational changes, build business cases, and define KPIs with executives.
• Align client goals with technical solutions to build pipeline across US, Canada & Mexico.
• Collaborate with sales to create industry presentations and secure executive sponsorship.
• Oversee project deliverables, track KPIs, and measure post-implementation value.
• Promote Dassault Systemes' generative AI capabilities for shipbuilding.
