Micron Technology is a world leader in memory and storage solutions. We are seeking a Business Development Manager in the Automotive & Embedded Business Unit to drive growth across the Americas Embedded Consumer market.

You will engage with OEMs, ODMs, distributors, and ecosystem partners, shaping product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies. You will collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and Engineering to translate customer needs into actionable strategies, lead pipeline

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 7+ years in semiconductors, embedded systems, memory, storage, or related tech industries.
• Proven track record in driving business growth, customer engagement, and strategic account development.
• Strong business and financial competence including forecasting, pipeline management, and business planning.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and complete account and regional growth strategies that increase revenue, market share, and profitability.
• Identify, qualify, and expand new business opportunities across strategic customers, distribution partners, and emerging markets.
• Build positive relationships with customers, OEMs, ODMs, distributors, and ecosystem partners while serving as a key customer advocate.
• Lead pipeline development, forecasting, design-win activities, and opportunity management.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and Engineering to ensure customer needs are reflected in product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies.
• Provide customer, market, and competitive insights to build investment decisions and growth priorities.
• Collaborate with Sales, FAEs, Pricing, Supply Planning, Product Line Management, and Operations to resolve customer challenges and support successful business execution.
