Job summary

JLL is seeking a Corporate Strategy Manager in Chicago to identify and deliver growth opportunities across markets. You will lead strategic projects, partner with senior leaders, and coordinate competitive intelligence to steer decisions in a dynamic real estate environment.

You will guide junior team members and collaborate with finance, research, and investor relations to ensure alignment on priorities and drive value for shareholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate, economics, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate or strategy.
• Previous management experience and global business exposure.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategy projects across all of JLL’s business lines and functions.
• Instill a customer-driven, fact-based approach to analysis and decision-making.
• Create frameworks to tackle complex problems and drive prioritization.
• Partner with executives to align on priorities and actions.
• Coordinate an enterprise competitive intelligence program and report to senior leadership.
• Build a strong internal network across units to drive project success.
• Manage junior corporate strategy team members and cross-functional colleagues.
