Job summary

PRR seeks a Strategic Growth Specialist to lead Transportation Division proposals from capture through interview, building strong relationships with project teams and leadership.

You will develop content, manage formatting with InDesign, and coordinate with a VP and partners to ensure competitive responses. The role emphasizes exceptional writing, proposal quality, and timely delivery in a fast-paced government-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, English, or journalism.
• 3–5 years in marketing and proposal development.
• AEC industry experience and familiarity with public sector procurement, transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage pursuits end to end, capture planning, proposal development, submission, and interview.
• Set and lead pursuit meetings with leads, PMs, technical staff, and leadership to produce proposal content.
• Lead interview preparation with slide decks and talking points.
• Manage information requests, customize resumes and project examples, gather standard text.
• Research, track, and review RFPs/RFQs in GovWin; initiate Go/No Go process.
• Partner with Division VP on Strategic Growth processes.
• Facilitate client debriefs to identify improvement opportunities and measure competitiveness.
• Provide timely responses and support admin tasks.
