Job summary

Vanguard is seeking a senior marketing leader to own the Core and Flagship segments within Personal Wealth. This role will drive a multi-year, end-to-end marketing strategy across the customer journey and connect marketing investments to commercial outcomes.

The Senior Director will influence senior executives and lead cross-functional teams in a complex enterprise to deliver an audience-centric client experience.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive marketing experience, including senior leadership of complex consumer-facing strategies and teams.
• Substantive experience in wealth management, investments, or related retail financial services business; fluency in investor needs and distribution models.
• Demonstrated full-funnel ownership with evidence of improving acquisition, conversion, engagement, retention, and marketing ROI.

Responsibilities

• Own the Core and Flagship growth strategy and multi-year marketing plan aligned to Personal Wealth priorities.
• Own the full funnel across awareness to retention with clear metrics and ROI.
• Synthesize customer behavior, market research, and analytics into decision-ready narratives for executives.
• Create a connected investor experience by shifting to audience-centric marketing and aligned programs.
• Lead in an enterprise matrix, partnering across channel, product, sales, digital, and analytics.
• Build a high-performing marketing organization with disciplined planning, analytics, and talent development.
