Job summary

You will develop growth strategies, expand into new markets, build strong customer and supplier relationships, and lead a team of product specialists across key accounts and trade shows, while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5–8+ years of manufacturing, engineering, technical sales, or commercial experience.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and fabrication processes, applications, and engineered solutions.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer and supplier relationships.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies for fabrication and engineering solutions.
• Identify new markets, customers, applications, and sourcing opportunities.
• Lead and develop product specialists, coordinating with sales teams.
