Chicago-Tube- is seeking a Director of Fabrication and Engineering Solutions to lead growth and development of our fabrication and engineered solutions business in Romeoville, IL. This leadership role drives strategy, markets, and customer outcomes across sales, operations, and engineering.

The incumbent will combine manufacturing knowledge with commercial leadership to create measurable growth, build key relationships, and guide teams through high-impact opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5–8+ years in manufacturing, engineering, technical sales, or related leadership roles.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-development skills.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into practical customer solutions.
