This is a hands-on leadership role focused on productivity, SOP development, and KPI-driven results across a multi-shift manufacturing environment, leveraging ERP data and continuous improvement practices.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience leading multi-shift, high-volume production.
• Proven ability to identify problems, implement solutions, measure results.
• Experience creating or improving SOPs and processes.
• Experience with ERP and manufacturing management systems.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across a multi-shift manufacturing environment.
• Provide leadership to supervisors and functional leaders.
• Establish KPIs and production priorities.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement practical solutions.
• Develop, improve, and standardize SOPs.
• Drive improvements in productivity, throughput, quality, and waste reduction.
• Ensure plans, labor, equipment, and workflows align with demand.
• Coach managers and maintain visibility across the operation.
• Partner with quality, safety, and other teams on standards.
• Use ERP and production data to monitor performance and planning.
• Support scalable operating structure as the organization grows.
• Participate in leadership team and continuous improvement initiatives.
