• 7+ years of experience across investment banking, private equity, business development, and/or growth.
• Led or played a meaningful role in sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, and closing transactions.
• Strong in financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring.
• Strong commercial instincts and ability to sell, influence decisions, and move complex opportunities forward.
• Exceptional relationship builder with credibility and presence to earn trust of owners and producers.
• Persistent and comfortable navigating long, relationship-driven processes without a repeatable playbook.
• Thrives in early-stage environments and takes ownership from idea to completed outcome.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of acquisition targets and established producers.
• Develop trusted relationships with brokerage owners and producers, often over extended sales cycles.
• Lead acquisitions from sourcing and valuation through diligence, negotiation, and close.
• Build our strategic hiring playbook, including developing the pitch, structuring economics, and managing the process through commitment and transition.
• Help build our partnerships playbook, working across the healthcare, finance, and HR ecosystems to drive client top of funnel.
• Evaluate and lead initiatives to drive growth across the company.
