Job summary

Stealth - AI Agents for Healthcare in San Francisco seeks an experienced Operations Leader to build and scale brokerage operations. You will own the operating model, workflows, and performance, partnering with founders and product/engineering to shift work from people to software and AI agents.

You’ll hire, coach, and manage a growing team in a fast-paced, in-person setting. You will define how work flows, measure outcomes, and ensure quality and accountability end-to-end.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in consulting, investing, or high-growth startup operations.
• Proven track record building and managing teams with clear accountability.
• Strong systems thinking across people, processes, tools, and incentives.
• Excited by transforming services-based work into software, automation, and AI.
• Comfortable with zero-to-one environments and scaling foundations.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day performance and execution of brokerage operations.
• Recruit, develop, and manage the brokerage team with clear roles and accountability.
• Build operating model for workflows across people, software, and AI agents.
• Establish metrics, reporting, and capacity plans for quality and staffing.
• Identify bottlenecks and lead improvements through implementation.
• Partner with product/engineering to automate and scale operations.
